Beluga caviar has always been considered the king of caviars with its anthracite-colored, plump grain and incomparably fine, creamy, clear taste. Chinese beluga caviar is cultivated on the Amur River, on the border between China and Russia. The farm has a lake up to 45 meters deep with optimal water quality. The environmental conditions and the know-how of Iranian caviar experts are decisive for the very good quality of the Amur Beluga caviar.
