This Gueldenstaedtii (Russian sturgeon) caviar is a real Osietra as it used to be known from the Caspian Sea. A uniquely nutty taste and the beautiful, anthracite-colored grain characterize this caviar. Led by Iranian caviar experts from the Caspian Sea region, this "frighteningly good quality" caviar is produced in the Middle Kingdom on the Amur River.
