Annia's Gin is the extraordinary combination of fruity Gravenstein apple and spicy juniper. Unlike traditional gin varieties, no neutral, industrial alcohol is used for the Annia, but Gravensteiner apple brandy that has matured over many years and whose finely fruity alcohol is based exclusively on the natural fermentation of the fructose. The Gravensteiner is distilled again together with the wild juniper, the delicate apple notes combine in stimulating harmony with the spicy juniper.
