Probably the best cultured caviar on the market at the moment and currently our best seller among star restaurants! Led by Iranian caviar experts from the Caspian Sea region, this "frighteningly good quality" caviar is produced in the Middle Kingdom on the Amur River.
This Chinese Imperial (from the Schrencki/Huso-Dauricus hybrid sturgeon) is even a tad brighter and plumper than the Schrenckii Imperial. In terms of taste and consistency, this caviar is absolutely the same as Iranian Osietra. A wonderfully dry, creamy-gold grain, a firm consistency and the unique nutty taste characterize this caviar!
