This fine-grained Baeri caviar, in Ossietra quality, is made from particularly mature sturgeons and is farmed in the wild in Aquitaine. Through years of refinement, this caviar is in no way inferior to the Caspian Osietra. See for yourself. A fine, dark brown grain and its incomparably creamy, nutty flavor make this caviar unique! We are especially proud that our Caviar d'Aquitaine met the high expectations of the 2007 G8 Summit in Heiligendamm!
