Duck foie gras is, alongside goose foie gras, the most sought-after and popular type of foie gras! This is about 450g of whole duck liver (vacuum-packed, deep-frozen), raw, in superior quality from the traditional Rougié BIZAC company. This duck liver is cleaned, cut into thin slices, briefly fried and can be deglazed with cognac as desired. A perfect (starter) for very special festivities!
